PRIVACY:  Your privacy is our #1 priority here at Dragonfly Magik!  Please rest assured your personal information is only ever collected for your strict order purposes and no other reason.  We will never supply any of your information to a third party.

In the case of photographs supplied to us of your child wearing one of our products, we will only ever display these images with your written consent to do so.

POST:  All orders are generally posted within a 48hr time frame of cleared payment and you will only ever be charged exact shipping rates. Please refer to our FAQ section if you require further information regarding our postal policies :)

FAULTY PRODUCTS:  On the very rare occasion that you may purchase a faulty item from Dragonfly Magik you are covered by a 3month warranty.  This how ever does not include:
* faults incurred by the user (ie: hot washes, hot runs through the dryer - it is not recommended for any PUL products to be put through a hot dryer).
* second quality items - these are sold as is with no return/refund policy.
Items will either be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
