Our custom nappy slots usually arise via announcement on our FACEBOOK page, though from time to time we will have custom slots randomly placed on our website. Information you need to know about how our custom slots work are as follows:
* Customs are not our priority, in stock work and any wholesale orders will always come first. For this reason we have a 5week wait period on all custom orders :-)
* You are required to secure your custom slot via our website within 24hrs of us posting the link to you. If this is not complete by then there will usually be no warning, your custom slot will be cancelled and offered to the next person in line.
* Full payment is due upon confirmation of your order.
* Your order will not be made until we have received the full balance of your order.
* Limit of 2 custom nappies per slot, per customer.
* We will have times specifically outlined for when you should expect your nappies in the mail, if anything impedes this time line from being fulfilled you will be kept informed every step of the way. Generally there is a time frame of 4-5weeks which allows room for movement if life gets in the way :-)
* Price starts at $45.00 (AUD) which gets you one embroidery design on one colour minky. Any further embroideries will be charged at $7 per extra design there after depending on stitch count.
* Cotton/Minky Panel nappies will also incur an extra charge beginning at $5.
* Price includes white microfleece inner and booster topper.
* If you would like bamboo velour inner please note that this will incur a $7 surcharge. We currently have the following colours in stock: natural, baby pink, baby blue and mint green.
* If there is an embroidery design you would like that we do not have in stock and will not use in the future you will need to pay for this design also. If there's a design you already have that you would like to send to us it needs to be in JEF format please.
* Postage will be charged at $8.00 (AUD) per custom slot.
* All orders will be placed up on our website for you to essentially "purchase", this way you have a generated invoice and so do we :)
