Dragonfly Magik Nappies are a unique, well planned and thought out design aimed to service you for many years of your MCN journey. Available in Minky, Fleece and PUL there’s bound to be something to help you bring a little “Magik into your life”.
Our Bamboo undergoes two hot washes to rid it of manufacturing chemicals and let the natural fibres shrink so there are no issues with your nappy and it's longevity.
However, to reach maximum absorbency your nappies will be at their best performance after a few washes.
We do offer additional small lay in boosters if your child requires extra absorbency. These simply slide in under the unique DM snap in boosters.
How long until I should expect my order in the mail?
Here at Dragonfly Magik we strive to have our items packed and shipped out within 48hrs of cleared payment *with the exception of custom orders* which are generally made and out to you within 2weeks.
However things do sometimes pop up when you have three children and there may be delays. Rest assured my customer service is A1 and I will keep you informed all the way!
Care of my Dragonfly Magik Nappies
Do my DM nappies require any special care?
Washing your nappies is easy as 1-2-3!
1 – remove any solid soiling into your loo.
2 – dry pail in your nappy bucket until your desired wash day.
3 – wash your nappies and wipes on a cold or warm wash. Only a quarter the recommended amount of washing powder is required to keep your nappies in top 1 condition – this will also reduce the build up of any soap residue which may affect the overall performance or make them quite smelly when wet.
Sun drying where possible is a fantastic way to aid in killing any bacteria which may be lurking in your nappies :)
Can I put my DM's in the dryer?
We do not recommend placing any PUL products through a dryer or a hot wash. PUL despite it's wonderful home in the world of modern cloth nappies is quite delicate with high temperatures and this should be taken into consideration when washing/drying any PUL products. We do not want to see your nappies ending up useless!
If need be your bamboo booster sets can be placed in the dryer on a low setting. I would only recommend having them in there for 5-10mins to take the edge off their drying time though :)

What happens if I have a problem with my order?
If there is ever an issue with your order please contact us directly. We will do our very best to rectify the situation :)
Elastic Repairs
Will you repair elastic in my DM's? If so what is the charge?
Yes we sure do repair elastics in our own brand of nappies. Nappies under 6months old and still owned by the original purchaser will be fixed free (you just need to pay post back to you). However second hand nappies, or nappies over 6months old will incur a $10 surcharge per nappy plus post back to you. Many hours go into repairing nappies, not to mention the materials used (new snaps, new elastic and new labels) so please keep this in mind when you are considering this option.
Due to the nature of these repairs, Dragonfly Magik will not be held responsible for any loss/impairment or damage incurred by Australia Post for used nappies. Thank-you for your understanding!
Lay-by
Do you offer lay-by?
Yes we do accept lay-by here at Dragonfly Magik for orders over $200 :)
We request a 20% non refundable deposit upon placement of said lay-by with equal payments made over up to 6weeks.
Payments for lay-by must only be via Direct Deposit and must be regular or your lay-by will be canceled. Please keep communication up, I am not a monster as long as I know what is happening. I do understand things come up and things get in the way of purchases, so just drop me a line any time :)
Lay-by on custom order/per-order slots: Your nappies will not be made until your order is paid for in full :)

Payment Options
How can I pay for my order?
Payment options at this stage are via either Paypal or Direct Deposit, with the later being our preferred method ;)
If at any time you have difficulties paying for your order please just let us know. We are more than happy to work with you as long as we know what is happening :D
P.S: As we do have quite a few local customers now, pick up is always welcomed too :D
When is payment due for my order?
Payments are due within 24hrs of purchase. Please just send us confirmation that you have paid. If we have not heard from you within 48hrs you order will be cancelled.
Please just contact us prior to purchasing if you require more time, we are happy to accommodate your needs :)
Postal Options
How much will postage be?
We have flat rate shipping of $9, which includes tracking for peace of mind :)
Do you have specific postal days?
Our most common postal days are Tuesday's and Thursday's.
During 2012 we will be working more fulltime and therefore posting more regularly (all our babies will be in school in 2012).
What happens if my parcel goes missing?
We do understand there is occasionally the odd Australia Post mix up, loss or damage of items. If you`d like to be reassured your items will reach you in the condition we sent them please opt for registered post at an extra $3.75.
As a small business we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by Australia Post and will not replace lost/damaged goods if you choose not to use registered post.

Refunds
Can I have a refund?
Refunds are welcomed if the nappy you have purchased is misrepresented and not what you believe you paid for.
However, we do not refund purely on change of heart, thank-you for your understanding <3

What size range do your nappies fit?

Booster: Lay in truly unique DM booster system. (Please let me know if you'd like yours snapped in at checkout :)

Closure: Hidden & Reinforced Side Snaps
Please note: You may have some soluble
stabiliser still on your embroidery but please don't stress, it will
wash out when you pre-wash your Magik :D
Warranty Terms & Conditions
How long is my warranty?
We have a 6month workman ship warranty on our nappies, subject to them being used as per our washing/drying information :)
When will my warranty be void?
Your warranty on your nappies will be void if you do any of the following: * hot wash * place them in the dryer * use bleach or any other harsh chemicals * if you are not the original purchaser It will be at our discretion whether or not your nappies meet any of the above criteria.
~*~ Surprise Custom Nappies ~*~
How do your Surprise Custom Nappy Slots Work?
We have chosen the path of *surprise custom nappies* to reduce some of the stresses involved in running constant custom nappy slots.
Upon purchasing and paying for your surprise custom nappy slot we will send you out an extensive questionnaire for you to complete and we will take it from there :)
However, if there is an embroidery design that you have seen in our folders you are more than welcome to choose from there also <3
What is usually the lead time on custom nappies?
We usually leave a window of 5-6weeks for our custom nappy slots. This allows us some movement just encase life gets in the way of being able to work.
However, our turn around time is usually much before the 6wk deadline :)
~*~ Surprise Custom Nappy Co-Ops ~*~
Do you offer co-ops?
We do offer co-ops from time to time, however we will only offer them if ran by Dragonfly Magik :)
* There is a maximum of 2 nappies per person with a maximum of 15 people in each co-op
* Payment via Direct Deposit only.
* Once the order form has been submitted there will be no opportunity to alter it, so please ensure all orders are finalised prior to adding your information in :-)
* There will be an approximate 8 week turn around on the bulk order.
* The only option for your nappy inner and booster topper is white micro fleece.
